5. Your rights
5.1 Residency-contingent rights
Personalis recognizes the rights related to personal information guaranteed by numerous states. Personalis will fulfill its obligations with respect to valid requests to exercise these rights regardless of where in the U.S. you reside. You may exercise such rights by contacting privacy@personalis.com. Rights available to visitors to our website, as defined in the state law you cite in your request, may include the right to know, delete, and correct.

If Personalis determines a request under Section 5.1 to be invalid, you may appeal that decision by contacting privacy@personalis.com. Personalis will provide an explanation for its decision on the appeal within ten business days.
6. Your obligations
Among other obligations, including without limitation the obligation to provide complete and accurate information in recruiting documents and processes, it is your responsibility to ensure that information you submit does not violate any third party’s rights.
You should keep your personal information on file with the Company up to date and inform us of any significant changes to it.
Personalis makes every effort to source and hire its staff through direct recruitment methods. Employment opportunities at Personalis are managed by our internal Human Resources team. Please do not contact other Personalis employees.
Personalis does not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than from the candidates themselves. Personalis does not accept unsolicited communications from external recruiters. If there is a specific business need, a Human Resources team member will contact external recruiters directly.
An agency or independent recruiter must have a current, signed agreement and a work order for a specific position with Personalis before presenting candidates and must be presented to Human Resources. Submission of unsolicited resumes without a signed agreement and an applicable work order will not create an obligation on the part of Personalis to pay a fee of any kind.
